Chef Georges trained in Lebanon at Casino Du Liban, Restaurant Chef Maroun Mirza, Annaya and Harbour Grand Hotel, Sin el Fil Lebanon and more.  

Previous executive chef and pastry chef in Lebanon at Regency Palace Hotel, Little Cake Pastry and executive chef and owner of Yummy Town & Lalaland in Beirut Lebanon.
