Father Antoine was ordained on May 25, 1969 at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon. He came to Canada to continue his education and to obtain a Master's Degree from the University of Windsor and a Public Relation Diploma from Michigan State. In 1976 the Leamington Lebanese Club was founded and he was given the title of lifetime honoree member. He served the Maronite Community in Leamington and Detroit area. He was assigned as an administrator to St. Antonios School in Chekka and then as the principal to St. George School in Aachach, North Lebanon. In Canada he was the founder of St. Antoine Monastery in Outremont, Quebec. He also founded Our Lady of Lebanon Church in London, England. After having held many principal positions in various monasteries, and sitting on many educational committees, he built North Lebanon College. His last project was the building of the church of Mar Antonious next to North Lebanon College which reinforced his nickname: the Man of Mission Impossible.

Since his arrival to Canada Chef Georges has infused our venue with his remarkable leadership and culinary talents. Trained in lebanon, gulf area, and Europe in hospitality management as well both an international executive chef and certified pastry chef. He elevates culinary artistry into a exquisite dinning experience. with a rich background at esteemed establishments such as five stars hotels, fine dinning restaurants, (Casino Du Liban, Regency Palace, InterContinental Phoenicia, and Habtoor Hotels, chain restaurants and hotels in Gulf area), and catering companies and pastries.
His mastery of both traditional Lebanese and international cuisines and pastries is certain to wow your guests.
